The Story Behind Simply Supported

Simply Supported was founded in the Lehigh Valley by Brian M. Peterka in 2009. The company began as a computer repair business and eventually refocused operations towards managed IT services. Even though the overall operation of the business evolved, one core concept has remained the same - Simply Supported is a service-first organization that strives to provide a best-in-class customer service experience. The business relationship between Simply Supported and its customers is a true partnership, we become part of a business’s culture and provide a customized solution based on the business’s needs.

Brian earned his Bachelor's Degree in Information Sciences and Technology from The Pennsylvania State University. While pursuing his academic goals he began working with a startup company called Airwave Networks Inc. - the business provided tailored technology solutions for Student Housing and MDU Communities throughout the United States and Canada. Brian ultimately became a partner in the business and focused on developing the operational teams responsible for service implementation and support.  Airwave Networks quickly became the preferred resource in the Student Housing market for Technology Services.  In 2017, Airwave Networks Inc. was acquired by Single Digits Inc. where he became an integral part of developing a Field Engineering team that supported the company globally.   

Brian’s entrepreneurial mindset, expertise in program management, technical background, and experience with startups are the foundations for Simply Supported. His experience combined with his customer service first philosophy, and partnerships, make Simply Supported the best in the business.
